Payment scheduleMulti-week projects are invoiced weekly. Short projects are invoiced upon completion. Payment is due within 10 calendar days of invoice issuance (Net 10).

Submitting a request does not reserve technicians or confirm a project. Rates, scope, and availability require confirmation.

Overnight travelOvernight assignments outside the DFW Metroplex require customer-provided lodging and per diem. Arrangements and amounts are agreed before booking confirmation.
